TERMS & SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We will ship most optical instruments on a 10 Day Approval Basis if it is backed by a written Purchase Order.

Credit:
We will ship Open Account to any firm that:

• Has an acceptable Experian Credit Corp. Credit Rating.

• Done business with us in the past with a good credit standing with Titan Tool Supply, Inc.

• C.O.D. or Prepaid for all others, including individuals, payable with a certified or cashiers check.

• We also accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover charge cards for payment.

Credit Card Order Form

Terms:
Net 30 days, open accounts. Foreign Accounts: Wire Transfer Prior to Order Shipments.
Insurance: All goods are fully insured by us. If the item arrives broken or does not work properly, save the packing and immediately notify the carrier and us. We are not responsible if the packing is thrown away and the Carrier is not immediately notified. It is almost impossible to establish a claim without this, You are responsible. Refer to instructions on the backside of the packing slip.

Method of Shipment:
We use UPS Standard Ground wherever possible. If you would like to ship via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select or FedEx Air, please indicate this in the "Comments" section of the checkout process. If you have a shipping carrier account, please also provide the account number in the "Comments" section. All microscopes and other tools subject to breakage are shipped open to our discretion. In most cases of this nature we will use Freight, where we can utilize better packing and larger, heavier boxes. All shipping charges are collect if shipped by Freight or any other Air Express Carriers. We require your account number with these carriers before we ship your order.

Returns:
All undamaged goods in original packing, of current design, may be returned freight prepaid for credit at purchase price or current net price, whichever is lower. All returns are subject to prior approval by us. Any instrument found in condition other than original as when shipped by us, which may include your alterations, scratches, or any other damage which prevents the instrument from being sold "as new", will be subject to our discretion for acceptance, and if we believe that it cannot be made in "as new" condition, will be returned to you. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if returned within 30 days of purchase date, no credit will be given if returned after 45 days.

Quotes:
Any tool in the catalog can be quoted by return mail, fax or e-mail. Our quotes will be considered binding for 60 days from date of the quote.

Time of Shipment:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is received and are subject to delays in transit for which we cannot be held responsible.

Prices:
Are subject to change without notice. We hold all quoted prices for 60 days.

Changes:
We reserve the right to make any technical improvements without notice that will alter price, size, appearance packing and/or usage.

Orders:
We will ship telephone orders if they are backed by a written confirming order. Send via FAX (716-873-9998), E-MAIL or Regular MAIL. We Will ship FAX orders immediately upon sufficient credit rating or with VISA, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER charge cards.

10 Day Approval:
Because we realize that you may have some reservations in purchasing a microscope which you feel may not fill your desired function, or are not sure of, we will send you any microscope or tool of $550.00 or more in unit value, on 10 Day Approval Basis. This allows you to check the unit out at your premises at your own leisure without pressure from a salesman's demonstration. You are only responsible for forwarding charges to and from your plant. Should you decide to return it, we ask that it be repackaged the same way as when it was received, and that it be in re-salable condition. We reserve the right to accept the return of any instrument sent out on 10 Day Approval subject to our inspection upon its return. Any instrument found altered, scratched or not in reusable condition will be returned to you. A 10 Day Approval purchase order must be in writing, not verbal and so stated. Otherwise it will be considered a firm binding order subject to a restocking charge if returned.

Limited Warranty:
TITAN TOOL SUPPLY, INC. provides only a limited warranty with regard to its products and instruments, including, but not limited to, those identified in this catalog. Titan Tool's responsibility is only with regard to defects in manufacture or design of products and optical instruments for a 6 month period from original purchase date. Titan Tool's liability is limited to repair or replacement of any products and does not extend to any direct or indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Customers are aware that the products and optical instruments are of a delicate nature and may be damaged in the process of shipping. Titan Tool packs the products and optical instruments in such a manner as to minimize the risk of any damage due to shipping and handling, however, Titan Tool is not responsible for any loss or damage which may be caused during the shipping or handling of any products. Titan Tool ships with responsible carriers and the terms of shipment are F.O.B. and therefore, the risk of any loss or damage is the customer's during the shipping process. Titan Tool also will try to provide technical support and assistance. Titan Tool provides absolutely no implied warranties of fitness or merchantability for any specific or general purpose.
